“The CAAMP program has been a wonderful refresher for me as an academic leader. The sessions are relevant and timely. The faculty/staff of CAAMP work together to provide an experience that is professional, warm, safe and supportive. As a new interim dean, I attended this program along with the two assistant deans from my college to provide an opportunity to develop a collaborative and cohesive leadership team moving forward.”

“I had heard of the AAL from some of our faculty and they always seem very motivated after they have participated in a program, which led me to keep exploring the programs offered for a good fit for me. The CAAMP program has definitely provided key ideas that I can not only take away to use for the future but also to immediately input into my daily life. You can't always say that about continuing education programs.”
